  1. 1. What Traders Edge is

    Traders Edge is a publication. It gives the same general market information, commentary and tools to every user. Nothing in it is tailored to your finances, goals or positions.

  2. 2. Not investment advice

    Nothing in Traders Edge is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, future, currency or crypto-asset. The Market Bias gauge, the Daily Brief, the Global Trends digest and AI answers describe markets. They do not tell you what to do.

  3. 3. What Traders Edge is not

    Traders Edge is not registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or any state, as a commodity trading advisor with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission or the National Futures Association, or as a broker-dealer with FINRA. In Canada, it is not registered as an adviser or dealer with any member of the Canadian Securities Administrators. It does not hold your money, place trades or manage accounts.

    All trading and investing carries risk, including the loss of your money. Futures and other leveraged products can lose more than you deposit. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

    Prices, calendars, headlines and other data come from third parties. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Check anything important with your broker before you act on it.

    Some text is written by AI models. It can be inaccurate, out of date or contradictory. The AI never sees your holdings and cannot give you personal advice.

    Headlines and linked articles belong to their publishers. Their views are not ours, and we have not verified them.

    You make your own decisions. Speak to a registered professional for advice about your situation.

    To the extent the law allows, Traders Edge is not liable for losses from using or relying on it.

    We may update these terms. The version and date above show the current text. A new version is shown to you once when you next open the app.
